Products are shipped immediately based on customer service instructions. The item to be exchanged/returned must be in the same condition as purchased, in its original packaging. Do not cut the tape on the piece, noting that if it is damaged, we cannot process a return or exchange. The item must be free of odors or perfumes, or traces of any cosmetics, with a copy of the invoice attached to the product. The exchange for a different piece is of the same value or higher, and the exchange fee is added during the exchange process, and this process is only once. The previous discount for the previous order does not apply to coupons during the exchange. Only one exchange is allowed, and the right to return is forfeited if an exchange is requested. All our dresses undergo a light fragrance to remove any odors resulting from manufacturing, to ensure a better experience for our valued customers. If the dress has been modified, it cannot be returned or exchanged. Return and exchange process via shipping company Return/Exchange process: Contact the return number within 6 hours of receiving the order to prepare a shipping label, which is valid for 24 hours from its creation date, and the return request will be closed if it is not delivered to the shipping company within the specified period. When sending the label (for return or exchange), if you delay shipping for more than 24 hours, the label will be automatically canceled due to expiration. Important note: The working hours of the "SMSA" shipping branches on Friday are from after Asr prayer until Isha prayer. The customer is committed to delivering the return or exchange shipment to the nearest branch of the specified shipping company in the label. ⚠️ Shipping responsibility: We are not responsible for lost shipments of returns or exchanges when shipped by the customer. To ensure the safety of the return process, please follow the following accurately: The customer must personally deliver the shipment to the shipping branch. The branch cannot be left until the employee or representative scans the barcode of the return label. The customer must verify that the tracking status of the shipment is updated to "Delivered" to ensure the success of the process. ⛔️ If these steps are not followed, we will not be responsible for any loss of the shipment. Exceptions and non-returnable products: Returns or exchanges are not allowed for (outlet offers, "Deal of the Week," "Big Discounts"). Returns are not allowed for items in (Big Discounts section) and (Saudi National Day). In promotional offers, the free item must be returned with all items in the order if the customer wishes to return or exchange. Multiple orders: When ordering two or more dresses, only one item can be returned, which is the least expensive, and all products in the order cannot be returned. Fees (shipping, return, exchange, packaging): Return fee (evening dresses): 150 SAR. Return fee (soft dresses): 100 SAR. Exchange fee: 60 SAR. The above return fees will be deducted from the total order value during the return process (even if the original order had free shipping). Cash on delivery fees: If paid on delivery, an additional 25 will be deducted. Free shipping: The shipping offered to the customer at purchase will be deducted from the order value and is forfeited in case of exchange or return. Excess weight: 15 will be added for each extra kilogram over each order (the basic shipping price per kilo is 35 SAR, and an additional 15 is added per extra kilo). Packaging fees: Standard packaging (15 SAR) / Premium packaging (30 SAR). When requesting a return or exchange, the paid packaging fees will be deducted from the refunded amount. Manufacturing defects: If there is a manufacturing defect in the product, the customer must notify customer service within one hour of receiving the order, providing clear details about the defect. Accepted defects: Unremovable stains, obvious tears or damage to the fabric are considered a defect in the product. If any manufacturing defect is found in the received item, the customer has the right to a full refund including shipping costs, and no other fees will be deducted. Cases where the product is not considered damaged (not manufacturing defects): Excess threads: Not considered a manufacturing defect, and can be cut with scissors (without pulling). Difference in fabric type from customer’s expectation: The store is not responsible if the customer does not know the fabric type, especially if it is mentioned in the product description. Sequins and glitter: Falling of shiny evening sequins at a rate of 15% is not considered a manufacturing defect. Slight fabric distortion: Not considered a defect. Light stains or dust marks: Considered natural and may appear due to storage or shipping. Color shades and details: Slight color differences from reality may occur due to lighting or screen settings. Slight variation in details, patterns, or sizes during mass production is normal and not considered a manufacturing defect. Order cancellations and product manufacturing: If the manufacturing process has started after the order and 6 hours have passed since the order was confirmed, the customer cannot request a return or cancellation. If the order is canceled while under review, the order will be canceled with a deduction of digital payment fees, and the amount will be refunded to the customer according to the payment method. If the order status has changed to "Processing/Preparing," it cannot be canceled, and it will be dealt with after delivery by submitting a new request for return or exchange according to the store’s policy. Cancellation of credit card orders: If the customer cancels after shipment: the order amount will be refunded after deducting shipping and payment card fees. If canceled before shipment: the order amount will be refunded after deducting the credit card fee. Refunds may take from 14 to 30 working days (Noon Pay, Tabea, Tamara, Mays Pay). For cash on delivery payments, transferring funds to your bank account requires providing an IBAN certificate. Refund amounts: There are no cash or immediate refunds; if paid on delivery, refunds will be via bank transfer. If paid electronically, refunds will be transferred to your bank account or card after deducting the applicable return fees (150 for evening dresses or 100 for soft dresses) plus any other applicable fees (such as shipping or packaging). The duration of receiving refunds varies depending on the bank’s requirements (usually 7 to 24 days). Alternative option: You can exchange the amount for a store credit to be used on the website after deducting the applicable return fees (optional). Customer responsibility for shipments and receipt: If the return period is exceeded or products that are non-returnable are shipped, the customer will bear the shipping costs for reshipping the products if the return period is exceeded or non-returnable products are sent. If payment is refused, the products will be stored for only one month and then destroyed without any responsibility on the store. Not receiving the order: If the customer does not receive the shipment from the shipping company and it returns to the warehouse, the customer bears the shipping, return, and reshipping costs. Since our products are sensitive (evening dresses), please follow up on shipments and receive them on time. Receiving returned shipments: We confirm that following up on the returned shipment is the customer’s responsibility, and it must be done within the specified period, as shipments are delivered directly to our approved headquarters. Cash back policy (30 balance): When making a purchase of 349 or more, the customer receives a cash back balance of 30 directly added to their store wallet, valid for 6 months. Discounted products are not eligible for the cash back offer unless the total cart value exceeds 349 SAR. The wallet balance is automatically deducted when making new purchases. International and Gulf Cooperation Council shipping: Returns or exchanges are not allowed for GCC countries. International shipping (outside the Kingdom): Returns or exchanges are strictly not allowed regardless of the reason (change of mind, size, color, etc.), unless there is a "clear manufacturing defect." Reason: High international shipping costs and customs regulations and shipping companies pose risks of damage, and fees are non-refundable.
